Job Summary
Maintenance Planner responsible for developing and maintaining PM schedules for planned and corrective maintenance functions, managing real-time work requests, and facilitating weekly scheduling sessions with operations, maintenance and process teams. Ensures accurate data capture for reporting, supports statutory/regulatory and health and safety requirements, proactively identifies maintenance windows and opportunities, and supports on-site activities through correct use of Permit to Work systems. Desirable background in Wastewater processes or related assets; proficiency with CMMS and maintenance management systems; strong communication and commercial awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Essential: Previous experience planning work through a CMMS
- Essential: Strong understanding of Maintenance and Operational activities
- Essential: Experience managing and supervising contractors safely
- Essential: Full, clean driving licence

- NZ citizenship or resident status or valid right to work in New Zealand (visa) required
