Job Summary
Maintain SAP PM System data and reporting while analyzing data for maintenance planning and scheduling. Develop enterprise-wide best practice preventative maintenance and ensure continuous review of PM work orders to optimize equipment reliability and labor utilization. Plan maintenance work regarding skill and safety training requirements, administer shift scheduling and work order backlogs, and schedule availability for parts and downtime. Review SAP data from other locations to report findings and utilize key performance indicators to provide fact-based feedback to management. Interface with engineering, local management, Operations Support, and corporate departments for special projects and CIR development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school or GED diploma
- Minimum of two years in-house mechanical experience
- knowledge of parts room procedures and policies
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- organizational skills

- The ability to work independently
- Must reside in the United States to be considered
- 1 to 5 trips per year
- 1ST SHIFT (United States of America)

Desired Qualifications
- Any special training in maintenance or education beyond post high school level
- Previous experience in successful planning and scheduling maintenance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SAP
