Job Summary
Maintain SAP PM System data and reporting while analyzing data for maintenance planning and scheduling. Develop enterprise-wide best practice preventative maintenance and make recommended modifications to optimize equipment reliability and labor utilization. Administer maintenance shift scheduling, work order backlog, and recommended planning for scheduled downtime work, including scheduling availability of parts. Interface with engineering, local management, Operations Support, and various other corporate departments as necessary. Use Key Performance Indicators to provide fact-based feedback to the Maintenance Manager. Plan maintenance work regarding level of skill and safety training required to complete tasks. Review SAP data from other Tyson locations with similar equipment and report findings and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school or GED diploma
- Minimum of two years in-house mechanical experience
- knowledge of parts room procedures and policies
- Strong mechanical aptitude

- Must reside in the United States to be considered

- Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6 plus years of maintenance experience
- Industrial Maintenance in fields such as electrical refrigeration hydraulics or mechanical
- Responsible for supervising a group of personnel who perform similar or interrelated tasks
- 1ST SHIFT (United States of America)
- No more than 4 attendance points for locations on an 8-point policy OR no more than 6 attendance points for locations on a 14 point policy
- No written warning in the past six (6) months
- No suspension on record for the last 12 months
- The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Any special training in maintenance or education beyond post high school level
- Previous experience in successful planning and scheduling maintenance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SAP
