Job Summary
Develop detailed preventative and predictive maintenance plans for all plant equipment while reviewing incoming requests to prioritize based on criticality and availability. Schedule maintenance activities to align with production goals, track work order completion rates, and manage spare parts inventory to ensure material availability. Analyze equipment failure data for trend identification and root cause analysis of recurring issues, while maintaining updated records and manuals. Propose improvements for quality management and environmental standards in compliance with OSHA and safety regulations. This role supports the MRO Buyer and Maintenance Engineer as needed within our highly automated furniture manufacturing facility.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1-2 years of Manufacturing Industry experience in Maintenance areas
- The ability to perform safely at all times
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and highly automated equipment
