Job Summary
Lead planning, scheduling, and root cause analysis for production and facility maintenance in PMI. Create and update job plans to ensure tools and resources are available for work orders. Direct workflow for production and facilities by instructing technicians, apprentices, and contractors to follow SOPs and safety standards while ensuring PMs and work orders are completed timely. Track emergency and planned work orders to resolve issues effectively and address chronic problems. Collaborate with facilities, engineering, and operations on capital projects, assist in developing preventive maintenance programs, spare part inventories, training, and drawings, and support validation or quality concerns. Requires five years of operations/manufacturing experience, preferably in FDA/GMP environments, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
