Job Summary
Maintenance Planner and Scheduler will manage CMMS workflows for the Maintenance and Facilities team, create and prioritize work orders, balance workloads with labor availability, develop PM plans, review and close PMs, coordinate plant shutdown activities, manage inventory and parts, and support CMMS performance and reporting. Requires 3+ years in maintenance/planning, 5+ years in technical roles in manufacturing, CMMS proficiency (eMaint/SAP/Maximo/MP2), strong Excel/macros skills, project management capability, and solid communication and collaboration abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years maintenance/planner experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role in an industrial manufacturing environment
- 5+ years’ experience using a CMMS system (eMaint, SAP, Maximo, MP2, etc)
- Background in maintenance and repair of equipment to plan daily maintenance activities
- Microsoft Excel proficiency with ability to create spreadsheets and macros
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
