The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler at Teasdale Latin Foods is responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance tasks in a food manufacturing facility, optimizing resources to ensure equipment reliability. Requires an Associate's degree and experience in maintenance scheduling, with proficiency in CMMS and knowledge of food safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field
- Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS), enterprise asset management (EAM) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and techniques, including preventive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and predictive maintenance technologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations, GMP, and HACCP principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Certification in maintenance planning or related fields (e.g., Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional, Certified Maintenance Planner) is a plus
