Maintenance Planner / Scheduler

Job Summary
Plan Predictive, Preventive, and Condition Based Maintenance for assigned facility areas, coordinating resource availability with production schedules to minimize downtime. Secure and manage contractors while ensuring work adheres to safety standards and ISN management system requirements. Monitor work order backlogs, audit mechanic data entry quality, and generate KPI reports and trend analyses. Manage stock room inventories, drive continuous improvement projects, and provide training to ensure comprehensive information availability. Work with engineering and operations to optimize equipment reliability and deliver operational excellence. Full-time core office hours with availability for occasional nights, weekends, and extended shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Consumer goods manufacturing experience
- Technical certification, associate degree, or college diploma in a related discipline such as Mechanical Engineering Technology, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar technical field
- Must have continuous improvement mindset
- Strong analysis skills
- Ability to make ongoing judgments and decisions to keep the business functioning at a high level

- Full-time core office hours with expectation to be available for occasional nights/weekends
- Able to work off-shifts, weekends and extended shifts (i.e. 10 hrs., 12 hrs.), based on business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP, preferably S4 HANA
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements and experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
