Job Summary
Maintenance Planner role focused on driving maintenance plans, budget oversight, and continuous improvement within a collaborative engineering and maintenance team. Responsibilities include creating overhaul work plans aligned with outage windows, developing and monitoring preventive maintenance programs, leading asset data/KPI collection for reliability improvements, embedding management-system practices in engineering activities, delivering line-efficiency and cost-control initiatives, analyzing breakdowns to reduce repeat failures, owning maintenance budget accountability, and managing work-order planning and annual maintenance execution. Requires strong communication with production/engineering/management, ability to prioritize against deadlines and budgets, proficient Excel skills, and hands-on maintenance experience with CMMS work processes (Mainpac preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Relevant trade qualification(s) and hands-on maintenance experience
- CMMS experience (Mainpac preferred)
