Job Summary
Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to oversee preventative and corrective maintenance using CMMS (JobCal, Emaint), schedule maintenance activities, plan shutdowns/bypasses, and coordinate with maintenance supervisors and plant managers. Responsible for consolidating labor, materials, and tools under work orders, ensuring documentation is captured, producing periodic management reports, and handling PO processes with accounting. Requires strong collaboration, on-site construction experience, proficiency with CMMS and MS Office, budgeting and scheduling experience, and physical ability to conduct facility tours. Foster a proactive maintenance program with minimal downtime and clear communication on deliveries and installations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- On-site construction experience
- Proficiency in Emaint or equivalent CMMS programs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
- Experience with scheduling and budgeting, including the ability to budget annual maintenance requirements and track expenses
- Physical ability to conduct facility tours, including walking, stair climbing, and light lifting
