Maintenance Planner Preventive

Job Summary
Prepare work packages, permits, procedures, and improvement measures to support maintenance, shutdowns, installations, and projects. Ensure all prepared work executes on a planned and efficient basis while providing technical support to the maintenance team. Manage backlog by prioritizing preventive maintenance arrears and assist engineers in maintaining up-to-date documentation for machines and spare parts. Calculate costs, ensure accurate financial reporting, and monitor budgets including extra or reduced work administration. Act as an advisor for commercial activities, place purchase requests within approved budgets, and report deviations, incidents, near misses, and leaks. Stop unsafe behavior or activities impacting the environment for internal and external personnel, and correctly complete all maintenance documentation in accordance with SHE &Q guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in preparing work packages, permits, procedures, and improvement measures
- Experience in supporting the execution of planning
- Experience in making cost calculations and ensuring correct financial reporting
- Experience in budget monitoring and cost control
- Experience in acting as an advisor for commercial activities
- Authority to make 'request to order' within an approved budget
- Experience in helping maintenance engineers keep up-to-date documentation for machines and spare parts
- Experience in actively managing and prioritizing the backlog of preventive maintenance
- Experience in executing tasks according to SHE &Q guidelines
- Experience in reporting deviations, incidents, near misses, leaks, and proposing improvements
- Experience in stopping unsafe behavior or activities impacting the environment for internal and external personnel
- Experience in correctly filling out all maintenance documentation
