Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and optimize maintenance and sanitation activities to maximize equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and overall plant performance. Develop detailed maintenance and sanitation work plans for weekends, shutdowns, and planned outages; coordinate parts, labor, and materials, including kitting and staging. Support preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts by analyzing failures, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions; utilize FMEA/RCA methods and PM procedures. Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to ensure alignment of schedules and resources, track KPI performance, and drive capital projects and reliability improvements. Facilitate maintenance planning meetings, manage CMMS data, and maintain documentation to sustain asset performance and process improvements.
