Maintenance Planner (Maintenance System Coordinator)

Job Summary
Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance work plans encompassing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, including detailed job specifications for labor, tools, materials, and safety protocols. Prioritize work orders based on equipment criticality and production impact, maintain the maintenance backlog to maximize resource efficiency and minimize downtime. Coordinate with operations teams, maintenance personnel, and spare parts inventory to ensure resource readiness and operational continuity. Monitor and analyze KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, and reliability metrics) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Maintain accurate information within SAP to support data-driven decision-making and process standardization. Support root cause analysis investigations and lead reliability improvement projects to enhance equipment performance and establish best practices across maintenance functions.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or related field
- Experience in Maintenance Management or as a Maintenance Planner in Automotive or Metalworking Industry
- Strong organizational and planning skills; knowledge of maintenance strategies (PM, PdM, RCM)
- Experience using CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo) and data analysis (MTBF/MTTR)
- Advanced English proficiency
