Maintenance Planner

Maintenance Planner to support Kaiser Warrick Operations in Newburgh, IN by planning and scheduling maintenance work, estimating costs, and maintaining records. Responsibilities include receiving and breaking down maintenance requests, determining work steps and sequence, coordinating parts, materials, tools, and rental equipment, maintaining backlog files, directing work orders to appropriate planners or engineers, consulting with engineering as needed, producing weekly schedules, leading scheduling meetings, and developing standard job plans to improve workforce productivity. The role requires CMMS usage, collaboration with mechanical craft departments, ensuring safety, and documenting all required data.
