Job Summary
Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities across multiple facilities; serve as the administrator/subject-matter-expert for the CMMS, manage work orders, assets, and training; control spare parts inventory and align stocking levels with the Maintenance Manager; coordinate plant-wide facility maintenance updates and equipment movements to satisfy safety and regulatory requirements; collaborate with Demand Planner, Operations Leaders, and EHS to ensure GMP, food safety, and safety compliance; read and interpret manuals and work orders, support purchasing as needed, and back up the Maintenance Manager; demonstrate strong collaboration across departments and drive process improvements; require 4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial equipment; associate degree or higher preferred; willing to pass a five-panel drug screen and meet company requirements; Grand Prairie Foods is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
- 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Knowledge of GMP policies and procedures
- Knowledge of safe practices in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with CMMS software (MaintainX a plus)
