Maintenance Planner

Job Summary
Plan and coordinate asset management services including preventative and corrective maintenance activities, condition monitoring, and lifecycle planning to achieve 100% uptime and compliance. Prepare and update the 52-week maintenance plan while adjusting for unplanned emergency maintenance and break fix activities. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and upgrade projects, ensuring minimal impact on operations and following Change Management approvals. Maintain up-to-date documentation in the CMMS system to support compliance audits and certifications. Collaborate with engineering teams and support budget planning and cost management activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning, ideally in a critical environment or data centre
- Strong experience in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and 24/7 operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex challenges
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Flexibility to manage changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
