Job Summary
Expedite the flow of work and materials within the maintenance department by reviewing and distributing work orders and PM schedules. Confer with department supervisors to determine progress and completion dates, while compiling reports on work order rates, inventory levels, costs, and maintenance problems. Examine documents and products to assess conformance to standards, and revise production schedules when required due to design changes or material shortages. Collaborate with management, production, and logistics teams to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve delays. Record maintenance data including spare parts used and missed deadlines, and requisition necessary materials and supplies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 + years in a production or maintenance environment

- Able to speak, read, and write English
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
