Job Summary
Create, update, and standardize SOPs and SWPs for mechanical equipment processes. Plan, schedule, and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities, projects, and plant-wide shutdowns. Manage spare parts, work orders, and assets within the CMMS while training employees on system usage. Lead maintenance and plant projects, support troubleshooting, and develop inspection and test plans for new equipment or modifications. Analyze production issues related to design and performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and advocate for behavioral safety principles. Manage multiple simultaneous projects across varying sites while maintaining budgets, timing, and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing/Chemical Engineering or Related Experience/Education
- Minimum 2 years of planning experience with CapEx projects, Maintenance, Planning, Equipment/Process Design or Manufacturing
- Project management experience
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
- Ability to work with vendors, customers, and employees
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Detailed level of project management for regulatory compliance modifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Projects
- Knowledge of various CMMS software
