Job Summary
Maintenance Planner needed to support bidding for maintenance projects, oversee maintenance planning and scheduling, and develop efficient workflows for maintenance visits. Responsibilities include assisting in data gathering for bids, translating customer work-scope specs into work instructions for ERP upload, preparing work packages (assembly of work cards, sorting, printing), gathering technical data from aircraft maintenance manuals, retrieving airworthiness directives/service bulletins/engineering orders, setting up project control booths, and performing Production Control Administrator duties as needed. Requires strong cross-functional collaboration, independent work capability, and effective communication. Preferred candidates have 2+ years in aircraft maintenance planning, MS Office skills, and A&P licensing.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree, post-secondary education, training in aircraft maintenance, or equivalent education or experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read, write, and understand English, including following verbal and written instructions
