Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Track work order completion, analyze maintenance metrics, and identify root causes of equipment failures to improve performance and reduce costs. Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure technicians have necessary tools, parts, and information. Collaborate with Operations and Engineering on new mixing systems and line upgrades, while coordinating contractor/vendor schedules for compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Analyze work order data to improve equipment uptime and support cross-functional project teams for scaling production capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or food/beverage production environment
- Strong planning, time management, problem solving, and communication skills
- Proven experience working with CMMS systems to schedule and track maintenance activities
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to understand mixing, blending, and filling systems
Desired Qualifications
- Beverage industry preferred
- Previous experience as a maintenance technician or supervisor
