Job Summary
Maintenance Planner and Scheduler at Lilly Medicine Foundry oversees planning and scheduling of maintenance, calibration, and repair in a cGMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. Responsible for developing initial maintenance and calibration job plans, maintaining backlog, ensuring parts availability, coordinating with utilities/plant operations, and maintaining documentation per PM programs. Requires strong CMMS proficiency (IBM Maximo, BMRAM, SAP PM or similar), safety leadership (HSE, LOTO), and collaboration across operations to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals. Position supports a 24/7 operation with a temporary Carmel, IN site and a permanent Lebanon, IN site; located in the United States with full-time eligibility to work. Salary range is wage-based, with eligibility for company bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance planning and scheduling experience in an FDA regulated industry
- Strong understanding of CMMS systems (IBM Maximo, BMRAM, SAP PM or similar)
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Ability to plan and schedule maintenance, calibration, and repair work
- Experience creating and updating maintenance and calibration job plans and data sheets
- Calibrations and regulatory alignment to cGMP and quality standards

- Temporary and permanent site locations in Indiana; willing to work in Carmel and Lebanon locations as described
