Job Summary
Manage daily maintenance operations by assisting in parts inventory development, coordinating with mechanics for repairs, and ensuring facility areas are professionally serviced. Develop service agreements with contractors, identify energy efficiency grant opportunities, and implement maintenance software to track preventive and predictive tasks. Control inventory budgets, maintain CMMS records, and enforce safety policies for all sub-contractors and visitors while ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Five or more years of experience in the maintenance, mechanical maintenance, and/or repair work
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree from a two-year college in a related technical field
- Certificate or diploma from a trade school in a related field
