Troubleshoot minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement. Perform preventive building maintenance duties, caulking windows and doors, and repairing or replacing broken windows. Execute routine plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets, sinks, or urinals, fixing water leaks, leaking faucets, and water fountains. Conduct routine electrical repairs including changing light bulbs, fluorescent lamps, and assisting with ballast and light fixture repairs. Purchase supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to complete projects. Assemble and move furniture, hang bulletin boards, and set up tables and chairs. Repair and replace door knobs or locks, fix door closures, and patch holes in walls. Paint interior and exterior walls.
