Maintenance Personnel

Comply with company rules and adhere to instructions from the Site Manager and Maintenance Coordinator for the property. Perform physical maintenance and general repair of exterior and interior systems, fixtures, heating, AC, carpentry, electrical, windows, tiles, floors, walls, and doors. Repair and maintain plumbing systems, paint apartments as scheduled, and maintain the daily appearance and upkeep of grounds. Service lawn mowers and other lawn equipment, organize the maintenance shop, inventory equipment, and assist with preventive maintenance programs. Remain on-call for emergency weekend service calls when necessary. Work full-time at Foxfire Apartments in Union, SC, with on-site living and utility allowance.
