Job Summary
Comply with company rules and adhere to instructions from the Site Manager and Maintenance Coordinator. Perform physical maintenance and general repair of exterior and interior property systems, including heating, AC, carpentry, electrical, windows, tiles, floors, walls, doors, and plumbing. Paint apartments as scheduled and maintain daily grounds appearance. Service lawn mowers and other equipment, organize the maintenance shop, and inventory tools. Assist the Site Manager with preventive maintenance programs and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy. Operate on an on-call rotation for emergency weekend service calls.
