Job Summary
Maintenance Personnel is responsible for building and grounds/parking lot maintenance as well as janitorial work in common areas of the hotel. Requires a one-year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, mechanical repair, painting and HVAC systems preferred. Ability to appropriately assign/delegate work, ensure accuracy and quality, adapt to changes, and comply with safety management principles and OSHA regulations. Must be able to meet varying work schedules and potentially work outside of regular hours; punctuality essential.
