Job Summary
Maintain GS property(s) for cleanliness and general housekeeping, including landscaping tasks such as grass cutting, mulching, hedge trimming, and snow removal. Ensure all equipment on property is in working condition and perform other duties as assigned. Requires at least one year of property maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to move throughout the property and lift moderate to heavy objects up to 100lbs. Must be willing to travel within the Louisville and Superior Areas.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of property maintenance experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work well with people
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to move throughout the property to which assigned and the ability to climb stairs
- Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects (up to 100lbs)
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Willing to travel within the area
