Maintenance Personnel

Comply with company rules and adhere to instructions from the Site Manager and Maintenance Coordinator for the property. Perform physical maintenance and general repair of exterior and interior systems, fixtures, heating, AC, carpentry, electrical, windows, tiles, floors, walls, doors, and plumbing. Maintain the daily appearance of grounds and service lawn equipment. Assist the Site Manager in preparing vacant apartments for occupancy and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Organize the maintenance shop, inventory equipment, and remain on-call for emergency weekend service calls.
