Job Summary
Assist with operation maintenance and repair of equipment, including changing light bulbs and performing guest room preventative maintenance such as vinyl repair, paint touch-ups, and tub caulking. Execute trade jobs in carpentry, painting, and plumbing while monitoring energy conservation and repairing small equipment like vacuum cleaners. Immediately respond to alarms to determine location and cause, then report emergency status to the Front Desk. Participate in preventative maintenance for ice machines, refrigerators, laundry equipment, HVAC systems, and pool facilities. Follow supervisor assignments and drive shuttle van when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) property specific
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Licensed in a trade (plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry etc.)
