Job Summary
Conduct daily bedroom maintenance and handle reported repairs in public areas, kitchens, and hotel exteriors. Execute preventive maintenance programs, perform painting and decorating, and complete basic plumbing and electrical works. Perform visual health and safety checks to ensure compliance with standards. Work 20 to 30 hours per week, including weekends as required by hotel needs. This role supports the Novotel Wolverhampton's 132-room property within the Accor network, offering free parking, uniform, and meal benefits.
Required Qualifications
- You must be eligible and be able to prove your eligibility to work within the UK
- Ideally Level 2 Health and Safety
- Tradesperson with electrics, plumbing, woodwork etc
- Excellent DIY skills
- Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we are looking for 20/30 hours per week, including some weekends as required to the needs of the Hotel
