Maintenance Parts Coordinator

Job Summary
Manage the maintenance parts room by maintaining accurate inventory records, performing routine physical counts, and reconciling discrepancies. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments while issuing and processing parts using the company's inventory management system. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely availability and assist technicians in locating required materials for equipment repairs. Monitor stock levels to communicate replenishment needs and maintain asset documentation for company equipment. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and housekeeping policies while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Basic computer skills with the ability to use inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to safely lift and move materials in accordance with company safety guidelines
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
