Job Summary
Maintain the inside of the building, offices, and common areas, including carpet and furniture cleaning, window cleaning, trash removal, and vinyl floor upkeep as assigned. Manage outside grounds by performing building repairs, lawn maintenance, and garbage removal. Prepare apartments for move-in and complete refurbishing of units after move-out. Implement and document preventative maintenance programs for the community and equipment. This role requires physical ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach, and carry items, including moving furniture. A minimum of one year in hospitality, hotels, or senior living is preferred. Full-time weekend shifts are required with a wage of $16.00-$18.50/hour. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry, stand for extended periods of time and may be required to move furniture.
