Job Summary
Maintenance Partner tasks include maintaining the interior of the building and common areas (carpet/furniture/window cleaning, trash removal, vinyl floor upkeep), grounds upkeep (lawn maintenance, outside repairs), preparing units for move-in and refurbishing after move-out, and implementing a preventative maintenance program.
