Maintenance - Part Time

Maintain all properties owned by the Comstock Park Public Schools in a safe, efficient, and economical manner through carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, roof repairs, wiring, and electrical work. Perform preventive maintenance on boilers, air handlers, and refrigeration units while monitoring control panels to ensure standard temperatures. Install new equipment, read district blueprints, and maintain testing records. Assist with snow removal and salt applications during inclement weather, and be available for any assigned work to resolve operational problems. May be required to be on a 24-hour call. This is a year-round part-time position.
