Maintenance - Part-Time

Conduct daily grounds maintenance by picking up trash, clearing traffic hazards, checking dumpsters, and emptying trash containers. Perform weekly cleaning of common areas, hallways, restrooms, and laundry rooms, while sweeping parking lots and pulling weeds. Complete work orders, inspect site lighting after dark, and check vacant units for rent readiness. Execute monthly deep cleans, wash windows, clean light fixtures, change HVAC filters, and test smoke alarms. Assist with quarterly unit inspections, replace furnace filters, and check gutters and downspouts for debris.
