Job Summary
General Maintenance role performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs across store facilities. Responsibilities include electrical work (lamp changes, light fixture repair/installation), plumbing repairs (pump and fixture installations/replacements, drain cleaning), basic HVAC understanding, and mechanical repairs on equipment such as tractors, forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks. Performs building repairs (painting, wall/floor repairs, minor carpentry) and conduct periodic building operation tune-ups to support energy conservation and waste management programs. Oversees contractors, supports corporate facility maintenance programs, and contributes to energy conservation and waste management efforts. Requires broad skills across building trades and the ability to work with and supervise others; emphasizes customer service and a courteous demeanor. Full-time benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or 1-2 year vocational training
- Verifiable experience in maintenance related work fields
- Must be willing to work with and oversee the work of others
- Good customer service attitude
- Polite, engaging, and courteous demeanor
