Job Summary
Sr Facilities Representative at McKesson's temperature-controlled Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS. The role involves building maintenance, coordinating repairs of internal/external areas, overseeing and assisting with repairs of conveyor systems and other DC equipment, and performing a broad range of generalist tasks. Requires excellent troubleshooting, the ability to communicate with diverse groups from upper management to front-line employees, and willingness to learn quickly on conveyance systems. May include tasks such as picking up floor debris and assisting with repairs; physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights. OT may be required; shift: 4:00 AM–2:45 PM (and Sunday 6:00 AM–4:45 PM) with potential changes.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires 5+ years of related experience
- Facility, maintenance or service technician experience
- Troubleshooting and repair experience with a variety of equipment used in a distribution center environment
- Knowledge and safe usage of various types of equipment (hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts, etc.)
- Basic knowledge/exposure to warehouse work environments
- Basic knowledge/exposure to trades (mechanical, electrical, millwright, HVAC, etc)
- Knowledge of lock out/tag out and OSHA
- Experience with work orders preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (physical requirements)
