Job Summary
Maintenance Optimization Area Specialist responsible for coaching, supporting and developing technical competencies of shift personnel to ensure successful execution of processes. Key focus areas include improving MTTR and MTBF across production lines by organizing parts & functional locations in SAP, enhancing maintenance standards (MWDs/FITs), driving Planned Maintenance efficiency through MN Boards, MRP and Maintenance Reviews, reducing maintenance costs via OEM liaison and cross-site coordination, and strengthening stakeholder relations with Production Teams, Maintenance Planning, Reliability and Metrology. Requires experience in LEAN/Six Sigma and ability to drive process improvements for high-speed automated systems (Filling, Formulation, Inspection, Assembly & Packaging). Reports to Manager, Technical Support (AP or FP).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in technical field or industry equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of seven (7) years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, or equivalent industry/military experience required
- LEAN & Six Sigma strongly preferred
- Experience creating/improving FIT/MWDs required
- Knowledgeable in high-speed, automated systems: Filling, Formulation, Inspection, Assembly & Packaging preferred
