Job Summary
Conduct basic maintenance tasks on brewery equipment and building facilities while troubleshooting issues and adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized work environment, properly use personal protective equipment, and log all information accurately. Alert management to potential quality or safety concerns and perform assigned facility-related duties as required. This physically intensive role involves lifting 50lbs to shoulder height and pushing or pulling 160 lbs, with expectations to work weekend and overnight shifts. Reports to the Maintenance Manager at Monster Brewing Company.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
- 21 years or older
- Knowledge of proper and safe operation
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to work well at a fast pace in high pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical and mental strength and endurance
- Ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations
- Ability to frequently lift 50lbs to shoulder height and push or pull 160 lbs
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls
- Availability for weekend and overnight shifts
