Job Summary
Maintenance Operative (Part Time 22.5 hours/week) needed at Fraser Studios in Aberdeen. Responsible for providing a high-quality maintenance service across the property, including general repairs, inspections, and safe operation of facilities. Duties include maintaining electrical/plumbing tasks, painting/decorating, logging tests and checks, monitoring the maintenance system, managing spares, supervising contractors, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Strong emphasis on customer-focused service, risk assessment, RAMS documentation, and coordinating with the Accommodation Manager to deliver reliable grounds, cleaning regimes, and overall site upkeep.
Required Qualifications
- Academic qualifications: Basic O’ Level / GCSE Qualifications, City & Guilds or NVQ
- Desirable: H&S, First Aid Qualifications, Legionella

- Maintenance experience

- Basic IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
