Job Summary
Lead a high-performing maintenance team by coaching service technicians, managing budgets and vendor relationships, and coordinating apartment turns and capital projects. Oversee preventive maintenance programs, track work order performance, and ensure service standards are met while driving operations and supporting snow removal and emergency response. You will work with contractors to complete projects on time, assist with hands-on maintenance when needed, and provide a responsive resident experience. This role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience with 2+ years supervisory experience, strong knowledge of building systems, and proficiency in property management software. A 12% annual bonus and $140/week on-call bonus are included.
