Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance I on 2nd shift overseeing the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of plant equipment and building systems. Responsibilities include preparing/maintaining work records, following 5S practices, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, maintaining electrical/electronic circuits and PLC programs, supporting incident investigations, managing spare parts with internal suppliers, reading technical manuals, disassembling/replacing components, running tests and initial production batches, and calibrating equipment to optimize performance. Requires strong hands-on maintenance skills, mechanical/electrical aptitude, familiarity with PLCs, and the ability to follow procedures and standardize processes. Relevant education includes a high school diploma or GED and an associate degree or related certificate in Industrial Technology or equivalent experience; training may be required per company program. Remote work not indicated; role is in-person at the Madison, IN location.
