Maintenance Operations Coordinator

Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and specialized lab equipment like compounding hoods. Act as the primary contact for external contractors and serve as the first responder for emergency facility issues to minimize downtime. Monitor inventory levels for non-medical supplies, place orders to prevent stock-outs, and manage the secure receipt and outbound coordination of pharmaceutical components. Maintain accurate logs of laboratory assets, ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy boards, and coordinate safe disposal of hazardous waste.
