Job Summary
Oversee technical operations and upkeep of a commercial building's infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, and fire safety systems. Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, coordinate with external contractors for repairs and upgrades, and lead the maintenance team through roster planning and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with local regulations by conducting routine safety inspections, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing energy consumption through efficiency initiatives. Manage the maintenance and utilities budget, approve expenditures, and oversee capital improvement projects delivered on time and within specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a similar technical role

- Experience in managing commercial buildings, campuses, or large facilities
