Job Summary
Conduct general hospital maintenance duties, including planned and reactive work such as patching, plastering, painting, lighting, gutters, air conditioning, tiling, and basic plumbing. Ensure all repairs comply with health and safety regulations, legislative standards, and approved hospital budgets while working alongside preferred supplies. Report to the Maintenance Manager and verify contractor work remains within budget. This casual role at Baringa Private Hospital, a 78-bed Ramsay facility, requires a positive team player with a trade background, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing safety.
