Maintenance Officer

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day reactive and scheduled preventative maintenance for buildings, grounds, plant, and equipment, ensuring all issues are addressed within three days of reporting. Complete accurate task recording and maintain asset data while conducting regular walk-throughs with the Service Manager to prioritize rectification. Coordinate contractors and suppliers to support infrastructure upkeep within budget. This Full Time role requires a 38-hour week and a manual C-class driver's licence. A Certificate III in Workplace Health and Safety is highly desirable. You will contribute to safe, functional environments at Palm Lake Care Mount Warren Park, supporting the wellbeing of older Australians in a family-owned aged care community.
Required Qualifications
- A general trade background or equivalent experience within building and maintenance industries
- A manual C-class driver's licence
- A current National Police Check
- Certificate III in Workplace Health and Safety (highly desirable)
- All applicants must provide a valid national police check and undergo a pre-employment medical assessment
