Coordinate the maintenance program and ensure the home's presentation meets the highest standard through general handy skills and detailed record keeping. Manage a variety of tasks inside and outside the facility while supporting residents with their specific maintenance requirements. Maintain excellent attention to detail in a collaborative environment where coordination is key. Work Monday to Friday during office hours as part of a dedicated team enriching residents' lives.
