Maintenance Officer - Ferny Grove

Maintain homes and facilities by performing day-to-day maintenance and repairs, executing preventative and reactive maintenance, managing work orders and contractors, and ensuring a safe, tidy, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Role supports a positive resident experience; requires experience in general maintenance or similar, practical building/repair skills, ability to prioritise and respond quickly to issues, understanding of safety/compliance, strong communication, and ability to work independently with problem-solving skills.
