MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC LABORER

The Maintenance of Traffic laborer performs temporary traffic control operations to maintain traffic flow on roadways within a work zone, including setting up and maintaining traffic control devices, signs, and lights; coordinating MOT activities with on-site officials; loading/unloading equipment; delivering/picking up equipment at customer sites; coordinating activities to ensure MOT guideline compliance; completing daily paperwork; and operating a company vehicle if approved. Must have the ability to work outdoors in various conditions, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with a team while communicating clearly; overtime and night shifts may be required.
