Job Summary
Maintenance of Traffic laborer responsible for setting up and maintaining traffic control devices, detours, and lane closures; coordinating with on-site client representatives; loading/unloading equipment; delivering/picking up gear; ensuring MOT guidelines and safety regulations are followed; completing daily reports; and working in outdoor roadwork zones. Requires clear communication, ability to operate tools, physical stamina to handle 50-lb lifts, and flexibility for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays. On-site duties may include operating a company vehicle if licensed; must meet minimum two-year MOT-related experience and high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 2 years in Maintenance of Traffic / Temporary Traffic Control or related industry
- Advanced MOT Certification Preferred
